OK, manage to get over the first week of sem 2 alive.
1stk week, busy with cca recruitment and nothing much alrdy. But I have no idea why am I still so tired. I really need more slp!
My back is aching like crazy. It hurts when I bend forward and even when I try doing bridge. I dont want it to stop me from continue training my flexibility.
I know alot of ppl will kill me after I say this, but I'm really frustrated with myself. I'm growing fat!!! And why of all places, is my stomach area, where i work so hard to finally flatten it. DAM IT! Why can't they just accumalate at my shoulder and boob area!!! Hahs!
I'm starting my exercise programmes today! Cardio, muscle training, strength training, endurance. Who want to join me just tell me! I'm determined to be good and not-nua-nua flyer in Blazers!
My goal by 27/05/09:
1) All male seniors in blazers to TTH me, not fully with their pure strength but also with me doing my part right- not nua but tight! 2) Doing scorpion without difficulty.
I NEED SLP BADLY!
